There's a basement area under the house with lots of space to store your kayak and mountain bikes. The Interpretive Trail is just several hundred feet away for a relaxing hike. The yearly fee to the US Forest is under $2000. and the cabin is connected to City Water. The bathroom was torn down to the studs and remodeled.
